Completing Additional Order Detail Information

For each line item in your order cart, you can add detail information.

 

The specific types of information you can add are customized for your organization and the unique relationships you have with each of your partnered Parker divisions. Details available to you may include: allowing partial line shipments, scheduled shipping releases, detail comments, special instructions, revision number, quote number, and cure quarter. If you have questions about the options available, contact your partnered division.

 

Information displayed, but not editable, may include: currency code, currency symbol, source, supplier name, unit of measure, and product ID.

 

Procedure

  1. Click the Detail Information arrow below the part you want to work with.

Available detail information for the item appears. The details available for you to view and edit will vary, depending on your configuration settings with that partnered division.

  1. Complete the applicable information for your order. (Click the items listed below to display instructions.)

To change or delete order items, continue with Changing or Deleting Items on an Order.

To display product details for an order, continue with Viewing Product Details for Order Items.

To submit your order, continue with Submitting Your Order.

To save the order as a template, continue with Saving Orders with Order Templates.
