You can easily change quantities or request dates for items in your order carts on the Place an Order screen. You can also delete items.
NOTES: For products added using the Order from Quotes customer resource, you cannot modify the Quantity or Request Date. Other order information, such as shipping address or carrier, can still be changed - see Completing Additional Order Detail Information. |
Overtype the value(s) in the Quantity and/or Request Date boxes.
TIPS: You can also click Contact Us to conveniently request more information on the product.

NOTE: Order quantities may be rounded upward to coordinate with product box quantity, if applicable. For example, if you specify 19 in the Quantity box for a product sold in boxes of ten, the system will round your order quantity to 20 (two boxes of ten). You are notified immediately on the Place an Order screen, and later in the e-mail confirmation message, when this occurs. |
Click Update Order.
The screen refreshes with the new information.
Click the Delete icon to the right of the item you want to delete.
The deleted line remains onscreen in red strikethrough type, and the Message Center at the top of the screen notifies you that the part has been marked for deletion.

You can restore any deleted item to your shopping cart by clicking
the Undo Delete icon |
When you are ready to remove all deleted parts, update the order by clicking one of the following buttons:
Continue: Proceed to checkout
Save as Template: Save this set of parts for future repeat orders
Update Order: Refresh screen, but take no further action
To complete additional order detail information, continue with Completing Additional Order Detail Information.
To display product details for an order, continue with Viewing Product Details for Order Items.
To submit your order, continue with Submitting Your Order.
To save the order as a template, continue with Saving Orders with Order Templates.
